Payment is deducted only after we confirm the order. When you make a payment, we authorize your card, which is a verification process rather than a funds lock. Your money will not be deducted until the order is confirmed by us.
Yes. Write or call us - we will check availability and arrange an extension. The surcharge for additional days is calculated at the same rate. It is better to inform in advance so that the stroller is not booked by another client.
We guarantee a replacement within 24 hours. Each stroller is disinfected and inspected before delivery, and its condition is recorded in photos during shipment and return. If there is any issue, please contact us immediately, and we will resolve it without further questions.
Call or write to us and tell us a convenient time and address. The courier will come and pick up the stroller. There is no need to disassemble, pack, or transport anything.
We deliver throughout Moscow and to all Moscow airports — Sheremetyevo, Domodedovo, Vnukovo, and Zhukovsky. If you need delivery outside the Moscow Ring Road, please contact us separately for an individual quote.
